As part of the subject “Improving the Agreement on the Use of Freight Wagons in International Traffic (PGW)” in accordance with the approved Work Plan of the OSJD Commission on Freight Traffic for 2026, a meeting of the authorized representatives of the Parties to the PGW Agreement was held at the OSJD Committee (Warsaw) from 8 till 10 June 2026 to discuss the issues of improving the PGW Agreement, introducing amendments and additions to the PGW Rules, and agreeing on the draft Work Plan for 2027 on the subject “Improving the Agreement on the Use of Freight Wagons in International Traffic (PGW)”.
